Providing Trusted Counsel Since 1979
Biography
Over the years that I have practiced law, I have been able to establish a wide scope of legal knowledge and interpersonal skills in the real estate, corporate and finance areas of law. This allows me to serve a broad range of clients' needs.
Over the past 10 years, I have further focused my practice on community associations (which includes condominiums, townhomes and co-ops), in the area of governance and finance (representing banks and boards). I also maintain a practice in serving the general corporate, commercial real estate and financing needs of other clients, such as real estate developers.
