Over the years that I have practiced law, I have been able to establish a wide scope of legal knowledge and interpersonal skills in the real estate, corporate and finance areas of law.  This allows me to serve a broad range of clients' needs.  Recently I have focused my practice to community associations, in the areas of governance and financing.  While representing community association to clients, I also maintained a practice in serving the general corporate, commercial real estate and financing needs of other clients, including SBA Certified Development Company.
